The Seawolves gymnastics team kicked off their season on Jan. 4 with the Green & Gold Intrasquad exhibition before their season opener in Sacramento, California on Jan. 17. Claudia Lessig represented the gold team and took first place all-around with a score of 37.150, while Hannah Boyd earned a close second with 37.125 points. The Seawolves showcased their skills in the vault, bars, beam and floor events. The Seawolves gymnastics team will next compete at home against Greenville University on Jan. 23.
