Despite the valiant efforts of Tia Allen, with 39 attacks and 12 kills, and Bethany Tuchardt, with 36 attacks and 11 kills, the Western Oregon University Wolves defeated the Seawolves at the Alaska Airlines Center on Sept. 28. The Wolves had been defeated by the Seawolves the last 21 times they met. This defeat ends the longest win streak against a single team for UAA’s Women's Volleyball team. The last time they lost to the Wolves was on Oct. 20, 2012. This leaves the Seawolves with 7 wins from their 14 matches this season. The Seawolves will next head to Montana State Billings for their next match on Oct. 3.
